Symptoms


EPM 11.1.2.1

Foundation Web Server configuration task fails with the following error messages in the Configtool.log:

%Middleware_home%\user_projects\epmsystem1\httpConfig\ohs/config/OHS/ohs_component/httpd.conf wasn't found. OHS wasnt configured successfully, see oraInventory logs for more details

Error in web server configuring:[[
com.hyperion.cis.config.HttpConfigurationException: File not found

System information:
- C:\ drive had about 1.2GB disk space

Cause

1.2GB disk space in C: drive might not be enough disk space.

Solution


1. Open the Windows Environment Variables dialog box (i.e. System Properties->Advanced tab).
2. In the User Variables for <user> section, edit the TMP and TEMP variable values.
3. Update the path value to a directory which has enough disk space and no space in the the path value.
    (e.g. D:\temp)
4. Reboot the machine.
5. Run the EPM 11.1.2.1 Configurator to complete the Foundation Web Server configuration task.

Alternatively, open the Windows Command Prompt (Start->Run->Enter "cmd") and run "SET TEMP=d:\temp" to set the variable for the session
